Local "Laptix" project data is stored entirely on your device and is never uploaded to the cloud unless explicitly shared by you.

8. Data Retention

We retain user data as long as it is required to provide our services, or until an account is deleted. If an account remains inactive for more than 12 months, we may delete associated data.

LaptixStudio is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service. Payment-based features require users to be legally able to enter a subscription agreement.
