Terms of Service

By accessing or using LaptixStudio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Use of Service

You may use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or access it in any way that could harm the platform or its users. Any use of the platform or its outputs for commercial purposes—including but not limited to use in products, services, advertising, or resale—requires a commercial license.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

We uphold account security on our end by using secure storage and encryption practices for account information. However, due to these strict security measures, we may not be able to recover lost accounts or reset access without proper verification.

If you lose access to your account, please contact our support team. While we may not be able to recover the account, we can assist with ending any active services and scheduling the account for deletion to protect your data.

3. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features of LaptixStudio may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

In the case of failed payments, we may retry the charge and suspend access to the service until payment is successfully processed. If your account remains delinquent, it may be terminated.

6. Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for change-of-mind, accidental purchases, or unused time on an active subscription. However, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy if the service fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g., not as described or not delivered with reasonable care and skill).
